Espuma Adhesive Plus
Granulation with moderate to high exudate
Foam pads
Cellular polyurethane with hydrocolloid membrane.
- Hydropolymers Foam pad of cellular polyurethane, vertical absorption.
- Soft and elastic, in contact with the wound and removed without injuring the newly growing tissue.
- The pad holds the secretions and everything contained in them, such as dead cells and infectious elements. The pad features Exulock exudate locking technology, with a three-dimensional (3D) structure, expands to fill the wound, thus reducing the risk of leakage, and can be used under compression.
- Maintains the moist environment in the wound resulting in the acceleration of the healing process and the development of granulomatous tissue.
- The exudate is distributed throughout the wound dressing, so there is no wetting of the skin.
- The pad is attached to a hydrocolloid membrane that extends from the boundaries of the foam layer and acts as a perimeter adhesive, having high retention to prevent leakage of exudate (fluid) through the membrane into the environment under pressure. At the same time, it allows the skin to breathe indirectly.

- Partial and full thickness diabetic foot ulcer.
- Venous insufficiency ulcers.
- Arterial ulcers of partial or full thickness.
