Hydrocapillary pad made of superabsorbent acrylic and viscose fibers, thermally bonded to a non-adhesive mesh with controlled absorption in case of low exudate.

The pad can absorb and trap secretions over 30 times its weight.

Non-stick mesh adjustment of controlled absorption especially of the low exudate.

When the exudate is absorbed, the pad turns into a soft, air-permeable gel, causing the exudate to be trapped in the pad, preventing wetting of the wound. In this way it maintains the moist environment in the wound and promotes granulation.

Ideal for wounds with very high exudate.
