Non-woven, very high and fast absorption coated with self-adhesive polyurethane film

Hydrocapillary pad made of superabsorbent acrylic and viscose fibers, suitable for sensitive skin.

The pad is coated with an air-permeable membrane impermeable to external liquids, dirt & bacteria, with hypoallergenic perimeter glue.

Non-stick mesh adjustment of controlled absorption especially of the low exudate.

It can absorb and trap secretions over 30 times its weight.

The pad can quickly absorb the exudate and turn it inside the pad into a cohesive gel, maintaining the moist environment in the wound.

The exudate is trapped in the pad without returning to the wound, even under pressure, preventing wetting of the healthy epithelium. The polyurethane mesh in contact with the wound allows fast and controlled absorption of the exudate and makes the removal of the patch painless by preventing gel formation on the wound surface.
